The warlord looks like it had a lot of potential and fits the theme of The Chosen. The Daemon just is going to be force on the board.

woo, chosen previews, FINALLY.
As’sa. Pretty neat though I can see some folks getting a little confused from the wording, its just one big block of text. It’s a pity that they can’t shrink ‘with the cost of killing’ or ‘killed with an action b a character you control’ to something like ’sacrifice’ or similar (obviously Wizards has that one copyrighted). Being Level 4 and needing to get up to the front rank really cuts down his abusability. I am inclined to agree that I don’t like that he allows for an auto kill of an opponents characters but its niche enough that its not a major gripe, but I’d prefer to see design stray away from this sort of thing.
Sanga-kish. Squee! I really really dig him. Except his art. It’s cool, but comparing it to Dimitir, Talin and Set it’s pretty lackluster. Still better than the dwarf and the merc though. Anyway! Love love love the mechanics. I like that he’s a wizard because, as others have said, he’s a completely different ball game from Atiratu. Plus I dig wizards. I really like though that he can operate effectively without relying on eating thralls, but better still, if he eats thralls he doesn’t need them to be ready, so once his army is spent out he can take a bite to eat of somebody he won’t need. Definitely my fav chosen warlord to date (not that its hard with only 3).
