In Memoriam: Thomas Manning
Monday, March 31st, 2008Assigning art in general is a lot of fun. It wasn’t today. Minutes ago I received a mail from Thomas Manning’s widow that he passed away. Since I have no further information, I’ll tell you what I do know: Thomas Manning has been instrumental in defining the Monsters for Warlord: Saga of the Storm.
He is the artist who brought us the original Brine Fiend, the Darkfeast Harpy, Swamp Gaunt and many other creatures of the darkest kind. I would have loved to have his art in Warlord 4E as well. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife.
