Warlord 4th Edition CCG - the epic fantasy card game

In German there is a saying: “Totgesagte leben länger”.

I apologize to the Warlord fans all over the fans for the delays of the past. I am a fan of the game and the community, but when my all my planning was thrown overboard by exterior events I managed to focus on keeping production values high but couldn’t keep sales and customer service on track. This I intend to change over the coming months.

Today I am very happy to be able to announce Warlord 4E Expansion 4: City of Gold!

Expansion 4 will consist of 7+1 single APS of approximately 55 cards each, much as Sands of Oblivion. The big change is that we’ll publish it two APS at a time. APS #20 and #21 will come out in September 2010 (with a possible preview at GenCon), with the following APS coming out in pairs in November, January and March respectively.

I know some of you looking for cards for a specific faction will not like to have to wait, but look at the bright side: This solution makes the production and handling much easier to handle and you will have a dependable steady supply of new cards instead of having to wait four or even six months for new cards to arrive.

I certainly look forward to the way the new cards will refresh the environment over the next 8 months or so and I hope you do, too.

I am sitting amidst literally dozens of packed moving boxes. On Friday (when Germany is playing the midday game in the World Cup, of all things ) we’ll be moving home and office.

If everything goes right I’ll be up and running again on Monday June 21st.
