How much does shipping cost?
All shipments from this shop are shipped from a warehouse in the United States via United States Postal Service.
Shipping & Handling fees to a location within the United States are:
  • $3.00 for a weight up to 250g.
  • $5.50 for a weight up to 1kg.
  • $12.00 for everything up 1kg.
Shipping & Handling fees to a location within the Canada and Mexico are:
  • $12.00 for a weight up to 1kg.
  • $29.00 for everything above 1kg.
Shipping & Handling fees to locations elsewhere are:
  • $15.00 for a weight up to 1kg.
  • $46.00 for everything above 1kg.

Can I return Items I buy from this store?

The customer has the right to cancel orders or return all product purchased at up to 14 days after receiving the product at the customer's expense. Returned product has to be in its original shrink-wrapping.

We will refund the amount of the original purchase minus the shipping cost as store credit or, if requested, to the PayPal account that was used in the purchase.

Clearance and special order sales are final (no exchanges or refunds). All dated special event or made-to-order sales are final (such as GenCon or KoHIT Merchandise, or product customized with your name etc.).

In order to return an item, please follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. 1. Pack the item in the original package, if possible.
  2. 2. Complete and detach the provided return request slip and include with your returned merchandise. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records
  3. 3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
  4. 4. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and insure the full amount of the item. The Warlord Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
